We’ve been pretty much snowed in here in the DC area since Friday. It’s been quite a mess. I managed to get out to Wegman’s on Monday to replenish some supplies since we got more snow yesterday and today. And there’s still nothing to do with the last snow we got. Most roads were still total crap yesterday, and if they were even possibly navigable, they’re one lane. Of course, it’s just worse with the added inches we just received. Schools have been closed since Friday, and it looks like it may be this way until Monday. Assuming the snow storm they’re predicting for Monday stays calm or away!

We’re just not used to that here. I love snow and winter, but I also love being able to move my car. I’ll see about digging out again tomorrow. A Chipotle lunch to keep me sane and non-housebound again isn’t going to eat itself!
I’m very thankful that Ryan has been able to work from home. It would be a mess for him to try to get in. He went in on Tuesday, but came home early and worked the rest of the day from home.
Next year, I’m getting snow pants!
